Sacred Alignment Mentorship

Sometimes as we move through life… exploring, creating and doing… we lose our deep connection to ourselves. We get lost, or we feel lost, and unsure of what is next. This offering is an opportunity to rediscover and remember who you are… and to come into sacred alignment.

The mentorship is a 12 week series where we will explore how and where in your life you have been leaking your energy, not following your intention, living out of balance, creatively stagnant… or, are ready for a new journey, a new space to live out the beauty of your life. As the poet Mary Oliver says,

“Tell me, what else should I have done?

Doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon?

Tell me, what is it you plan to do

with your one wild and precious life?”

Beginning with the framework of Human Design and the elemental cycles of Five Element Theory, we will evaluate your energetic system. Then, together, we will:

• Empty the Cup: (weeks 1-4) - Safely release accumulated somatic exhaustion, creative blockages, mental friction and expectations through tailored Qigong, somatic movement, breath work, nervous system regulation and restorative practices.

• Renourish the Foundation: (weeks 5-8) - Reconnect with your authentic vital life force through intuitive, trial-and-error creative explorations, deep personal meditation and re-discovered connections to the Self.

• Build What Matters: (weeks 9-12) - Create a step-by-step conceptual plan to authentically rebuild your life from the ground up for where you are now along your journey, and then allow that plan to be your daily life.

True transformation is not an overnight breakthrough; it is a masterwork of deliberate, consciousness born into life. It is small, quiet, and grounding. With this, life can be harmonious, radiant and simple.

The mentorship includes:

• a combined Human Design and Five Element Theory reading

• 8 live 60 minute Zoom calls with me, or if you are local in southern Germany, we can meet in person

• Monday-Thursday - dedicated, respected hours of text support with me through WhatsApp/Signal/Threema (time zone relevant)

• a personally designed somatic practice library

• a co-created, step-by-step authentic plan to live your truest expression of life 

The investment is €4,500/$4,500 as a single payment,

or you can choose a payment plan of 3 payments of €1,600/$1,600 each, totaling €4,800/$4,800.
